— Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and SpinWinPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of spinwinpk.pro and all associated services, games, promotions and features.

Access to SpinWinPK is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. By clicking "Register", completing the registration process, making a deposit or accessing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SpinWinPK. Where these documents conflict, the more specific document takes precedence.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To use the real-money features of SpinWinPK, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username and a secure password. You may also be asked for additional verification information during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active SpinWinPK account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's details or using different contact information — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited pending investigation.

Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current and complete information at registration and keep it up to date. Providing false details — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your payment method or a residential address that is not your own — constitutes fraudulent registration.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. SpinWinPK will never ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify SpinWinPK support immediately. Any activity that occurs on your account before you report unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

The SpinWinPK platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. SpinWinPK reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account access until satisfactory proof is provided.

If it is discovered that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed without notice. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method where possible, but any winnings generated during the period of underage access will be voided and forfeited in full.

SpinWinPK takes underage gambling seriously. If you are aware of a minor who has gained access to the platform, please contact support immediately. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

All deposits and withdrawals on SpinWinPK are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your account balance, and the amount you request to withdraw in PKR is the amount sent to your payment method.

Supported Payment Methods:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals linked to your registered JazzCash number.
• Easypaisa — Telenor mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals via your registered Easypaisa account.
• Raast — Pakistan's instant interbank payment system, settling in PKR with no intermediary charges.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — Transfers to and from major Pakistani commercial banks.
• Debit and Credit Cards — Available as an additional deposit channel.

Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed same-day during standard business hours. Raast transfers settle promptly once initiated. Bank transfers to Pakistani commercial banks generally complete within one to two business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays or during periods of high volume.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal is processed, SpinWinPK may require that the full deposit amount has been wagered at least once, regardless of any bonus attached to the account. If you have an active bonus balance, the bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus must be forfeited before a withdrawal is initiated. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the account details on file.

SpinWinPK offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount and expiry date. These individual promotion terms are displayed at the point of opt-in and must be read before claiming.

Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement (also called a turnover requirement) specifies how many times the bonus amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount, must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus, you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing winnings derived from that bonus.

Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for a specific promotion. The individual promotion page specifies applicable contribution rates.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated at opt-in. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically. Extensions are not granted.

Bonus Misuse: SpinWinPK monitors bonus usage. If we determine that a player is exploiting bonuses — including through low-risk hedging strategies, abuse of multiple accounts, collusion with other players or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

All casino games, live dealer games, fish games, crash titles and instant-win games available on SpinWinPK use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by real dealers streamed from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history or any other external factor.

The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider. SpinWinPK does not modify RTP settings. Players can find RTP information within the game information panel of each title in the Game Lobby.

Technical Issues: In the event of a game malfunction, system error or interrupted connection during a game round, SpinWinPK's internal records are the authoritative source for determining the outcome. If a round cannot be completed due to a verifiable technical fault on the platform's side, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. Winnings will not be paid on rounds that cannot be verified.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits that are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits may be automatically rejected or adjusted. Live casino tables may have table-specific limits that differ from standard game limits.

The SpinWinPK sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and bilateral series — football, esports and other available markets. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are supported. Bets are settled in PKR and credited automatically to your wallet once the official result is confirmed.

Bet Acceptance: SpinWinPK reserves the right to reject, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player.

Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). If a match is abandoned, postponed or results in a no-result declaration, SpinWinPK follows standard settlement rules for that sport, which are detailed in the sports betting help section.

In-Play Betting: Live in-play odds update dynamically during the event. SpinWinPK may suspend in-play markets at any point to manage risk. Bets submitted immediately before a market is suspended may be cancelled; if accepted, they are binding at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

Suspicious Activity: Any account found to be using match-fixing information, arbitrage software or any strategy designed to exploit odds errors in a systematic manner will have bets voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SpinWinPK. Engaging in any of these constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false identity information, forged documents or impersonating another individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit table dynamics in live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from known exploits must be reported to support and will be forfeited if not reported.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses through multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering or coordinated exploitation.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice).
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion process.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. If your account holds a real money balance at the time of closure, SpinWinPK will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method after verification. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the platform for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion option is available directly in your account settings. Self-exclusion periods start from 30 days. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or receive promotional communications.

SpinWinPK is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gaming on SpinWinPK is intended as entertainment for adults. It is not a guaranteed way to make money, and casino game outcomes are based entirely on chance.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account settings panel:

SpinWinPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SpinWinPK collects only the data that is necessary to operate your account, process your transactions, comply with identity verification requirements and communicate with you about your account. Your personal data is not sold to third-party marketing organisations.

All data transmitted between your device and spinwinpk.pro is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment transaction data is processed through the secure infrastructure of JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and other payment providers — SpinWinPK does not store sensitive payment credentials such as mobile wallet PINs or full card numbers.

All content on the SpinWinPK platform — including but not limited to the SpinWinPK brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software and game content supplied by game providers — is protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any content from the SpinWinPK platform without prior written permission. Scraping the platform for data, reverse engineering any software component or attempting to access non-public areas of the platform is prohibited.

Third-party game content displayed on SpinWinPK is owned by the respective game providers and is used under licence. SpinWinPK makes no claim of ownership over such content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpinWinPK's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SpinWinPK is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, internet service provider failures or events outside SpinWinPK's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.

SpinWinPK makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible.

SpinWinPK reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file.

Your continued use of the SpinWinPK platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated provision, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. SpinWinPK recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it whenever you receive a notification of updates.

Dispute Process: All disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this window may not be considered. When raising a dispute, please include your registered username, a description of the issue, the relevant date and any transaction or game round reference numbers.

SpinWinPK will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within two business days and provide a substantive response within ten business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request an internal escalation review, which will be handled by a senior team member not involved in the original decision.
